It’s back! Our first rerelease! Of course it’s too early to repeat so of course we made a few minor tweaks… we strive for perfection.

This was the first beer we produced because we just love Munich lagers. Classic German Helles lager. Light, crisp and malty with a delicate balance of noble hops. Cold conditioned and satisfyingly approachable!

Named after the man who build Cooper’s and the father of these men, known as the Captain. He would’ve loved this beer just like his sons do.

A classic American pale ale that has been dry hopped. Features grapefruit and pine flavors with a sturdy malt bill and pleasant bitterness! The kind of beer that American craft beer was founded on.

Fresh beer release! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Edward the Octopus ESB, 4.7%, 38IBU. English extra special bitter.

Brewed with 8 ingredients to create a rounded malt profile alongside a stiff English hop character. A high mineral content produces a dry and pleasant sensation for the mouth! A beer meant to be enjoyed at the pub.

I Used to Live in Baaaston;
New England IPA, 7.5%, 75 IBUs

There’s no place better to live than Scranton! This IPA is brewed with a high portion of wheat with a touch of oats but isn’t ultra hazy! Australian and American hops were whirlpooled and dry hopped to balance out the pleasant bitterness.
