When we started brewing with Pennsylvanian-grown barley, we knew it was a smart idea to brew a delicious American stout. So we did…

Schrute Stout
American Stout, 6.6 % ABV, 45 IBUs

Stouts rely on barley for their rich, decadent flavors and this stout is brewed using only barley grown in Pennsylvania on farms just like Schrute Farms. As expected, PA Malt Delivers! Roasted and caramel malts from PA’s Double Eagle Malt produce all the chocolate and coffee notes in this one to make a true PA Stout! Clean and light body while also having all the characterful flavors that make this a seasonal sipper!

Someone has been enjoying a Few rounds of his Favorite Fluffy ale… Fred loves his hazy IPAs and he helped brew up this batch!

Fluffy Fred
New England IPA, 6.5% ABV, 24 IBUs

Fred is Fluffy and Fred is good. He’s a sailor’s best friend. This New England IPA is dry hopped with Azacca, Mosaic and Galaxy hops. Oats and wheat create that hazy body that pairs with the low bitterness to make a perfect backdrop to the fruity hop cocktail that everyone loves. We taste citrus and sweet fruits.

The Pumpkins have been grown, roasted, and brewed into a delicious Ale- ripe for the season!! There might be no American tradition as great as making anything and everything with pumpkins!

Patch’s Pumpkin Ale
Pumpkin Ale, 4.8% ABV, 26 IBUs

Patch’s starts with locally grown pumpkins which are smothered with brown sugar and roasted. The caramelized flesh is boiled for an extended length of time in our pumpkin ale. A complex blend of rich English malt produces a flavorful background for the pumpkin to sit while a gentle combination of cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg dance on your tongue without overwhelming the senses. English yeast rounds out the profile to make an easy drinking ale. Flavors compare to a slice of pumpkin pie!!

A little sweet, a little spice, a gulp of joy!
