Things that come along with a new brewery: fresh beer, new taste and shiny photographs! One thing our new equipment enables us to do is make brighter and juicier New England IPAs… so we did! It’s also our first beer release out of our new brewery which means we have even more beer then usual.
Hazy Haddock
New England IPA, 6.7% ABV, 35 IBUs
Two things we serve a lot in this restaurant: Haddock and Hazy IPAs. This New England IPA is a perfect “house” hazy with that juiciness everyone loves with just the right amount of bitterness to keep the session going. Hazy Haddock is dry hopped with Eukanot hops and whirlpooled with Citra & Mosaic. Oats, wheat, and fruity yeast pair with the medium bitterness alongside fruity hop flavors to make for a smooth-drinking IPA! We taste citrus with a mix of tropical fruits and spice.
