The Moxie 40’
New England IPA, 7.3% ABV, 40IBUs
A beer dedicated to one of the best severs in the Scranton Area, Diana “Moxie” Monahan- Seamon, who has worked at Cooper’s for an incredible 40 years! Oats and wheat create a soft body that is complimented with a healthy dose of dry hops. The hop blend has a focus on Bru-1 hops. Bru-1 is known for it’s lush pineapple flavors that comingles to create an ever-enjoyably juicy Hazy IPA. Cheers to 40 years, Moxie!
