This is Brooke. It’s her 21st birthday and she wished to have a beer for her birthday so we made her wish come true. Brooke has been working hard at Cooper’s since she’s been 15 and has fulfilled a myriad of duties at the restaurant so we decided turning 21 at Cooper’s is something to celebrate! We also hope that if we get her to drink quality beer now, then hopefully she’ll drink quality beer in the future🤞…
Brooke’s Birthday Beer
Double New England IPA, 7.7 %ABV, 51 IBUs
The first 20 years of life are clear and then the rest is a little hazy so naturally we brewed a hazy IPA. Tropical and citrus hop aromas and flavor pair with the flaked oats to make a silky-smooth beverage. Double dry hopped with HBC 586! Enough alcohol to force you to celebrate.
We even got these fancy new tap handles!
