Did you know that 2023 is an important year for Cooper’s? 75 years in business this April! As a family, we’ve never been more excited to offer our business to Scranton.
To celebrate the start of this exciting year we did the only think we know how to do and that’s brew beer! How do you celebrate 75 years? How about a beer with 75 IBUs and 7.5% ABV and give it a goofy seafood-themed name? 🤷♂️
Old Crabber’s IPA
Pacific northwest coast IPA, 7.5% ABV, 75 IBUs
Crabbers have been known to be crabby and tend to drink bitter beer. Pacific Northwest-style IPA brewed with Centennial, Chinook, and flavorful Northwestern malts. Old school hops provide a citrus but dank hop quality which is then followed by pronounced bitterness that dries the mouth in preparation for the next mouthwatering sip. It’s been a great 75 years!
