The holidays are over and the cold days are upon us. Nothing is better than escaping the cold for a round of delicious, local beer. Our seasonal winter Belgium wheat beer brewed with chamomile tea is the perfect cold weather sipper! This is our 3rd year brewing this beer and it’s one of our favorites! We keep making minor adjustments to find the perfect balance.
Winter Wilma
Belgium witbier, 6.6% ABV, 15 IBUs
Wilma the whale is prepared for the cold weather with her winterized Belgian wheat ale with chamomile! That classic soft wheat character is enhanced with increased spicing and ABV. Chamomile acts to provide a pseudo-sweetness and creates a natural calming effect just as a glass of chamomile tea would on a cold winter’s night!
