American pale wheat, 4.5%ABV, 26 IBUs
The American wheat is a very American style in that it encompasses a wide array of interpretations. Generally a clean and easy drinking beer similar to the cream ale or golden ale but brewed with a substantial amount of American wheat malt to add that extra tang of refreshment! Moderate hop flavors and gentle esters add to the simple beer for a complexity you can enjoy! Brooks Drift is brewed exclusively with PA barley and wheat from #doubleeaglemalt in collaboration with the #brooksdrift organization to raise attention to the amazing work being done at Nay Aug Park by the #undergroundminers!
