Patch’s starts with locally grown pumpkins which are smothered with brown sugar and roasted. The caramelized flesh is boiled for an extended length of time in our pumpkin ale. A complex blend of rich English malt produces a flavorful background for the pumpkin to sit while a gentle combination of cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg dance on your tongue without overwhelming the senses. English yeast rounds out the profile to make an easy drinking ale. Flavors compare to a slice of pumpkin pie!!
