Patch’s Pumpkin Ale
Pumpkin Brown Ale, 6.2% ABV, 26 IBUs

We made a pumpkin ale that’s a little different than the overly spiced beers you find in the stores this time of year. Patch’s is a caramel-colored brown ale with a soft character that has been lightly spiced with cinnamon, cloves, ginger and nutmeg to enhance the flavors from the locally roasted pumpkins. This beer truly shines when paired with a caramel, cinnamon-sugar so be sure to ask for it!

Beers, Beets, Battlestar Galactica
American IPA, 7.2% ABV, 54 IBUs

We finally gave into temptation and created an Office themed beer. Dwight is officially annoyed by this one! People that drink beer eat beets, Battlestar Galactica…?
A nice, easy-drinking American IPA. Clean with a very light body and a pleasant bitterness that doesn’t overpower the fragrant hops. The haze comes from the dry hopped Citra, Mosaic and Sultana hops that provides citrus and other fruity flavors. Just a classic American beer!

German dunkelweiss

Diver Dan had a son and he’s a delicious blend of wheat, toasty malts and that yummy Hefeweizen yeast character! Light and easy drinking with a ton of complexity makes for an extremely enjoyable beverage. One of our favorites! Pairs great with our seasonal food offerings!

Time to Walk the Plank NEIPA
Hazy IPA, 7.2% ABV, 48 IBUs

Summer is over, fall is here, and winter is coming… please don’t remind me! But what better way to celebrate the passing of summer and the thought of winter with a hazy IPA!

This IPA highlights the experimental Sultana hop which imparts nice pine flavors to prepare for the winter and those classic tropical hop flavors to help remember summer. A healthy does of oats and wheat create that nice smooth mouthfeel you expect while the English yeast does what it does best!

Everyone drank our Oktoberfest so we’re releasing a smoked Oktoberfest!

Rebecca’s Rauchbier
Smoked marzen, 6.4% ABV, 24 IBU

Did you know that at one point in time, almost every beer was smoked? The only way to dry malt was over open flame and thus making beer smoked! In Bamberg Germany, the tradition has been carried on and we thought we would keep with tradition for Oktoberfest! Rebecca does loves those German traditions…

This smoked lager is in the style of a big and malty Oktoberfest. The pleasant smokiness is balanced nicely with caramel malts and the yeast creates a nice smooth beverage. Pairs well with traditional German food and other hearty meals!

Sir Fatsby’s English Mild
Mild ale, 3.9% ABV, 17IBUs

Our second beer we made twice as it’s one of our favorite styles! Ryan’s loving it! Named after a fat cat named Gatsby who has a mustache which happens to pair nicely with nicely with this style.

We know it Oktoberfest but another great session beer for this time of year is the English mild! It’s a light and easy drinking ale with a full body and fruity English yeast character. A pleasant balance of caramel and roast makes for a beer that is perfect to warm you on these chilly autumn days!
