𝟖𝟎 𝐃𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐀𝐥𝐞
Scottish ale styles were designated by the amount of tax that was collected by the government, and the stronger the beer, the more shillings it cost! Today, Schilling ales are low-ABV, session beers with a caramel character developed through extensive boiling. Light toast, subtle sweetness, and a dry mouthfeel are all components of this balanced brew!

𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐭𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐦 𝐀𝐥𝐞
Ale goes well with clams, but do clams go well with ale? We think so! This American Ale is brewed with freshly shucked clams. Although it does not taste like clams, this ale does pair well with steamed clams. A Light and Crisp body is paired with spicy hops and a dry mouthfeel. A touch of coriander is added for dimension.

𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫’𝐬 𝐋𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫
A Czech dark lager, or Tmavé Pivo, is a reddish copper color with complex maltiness while also maintaining extreme drinkability. A touch of spicy Czech Sazz hops lends a hint of bitterness to mellow out the rich malt profile. It’s a true storm of flavor in such a simple disguise!

The Brewery’s 1 year anniversary required the making of a very special beer… An Imperial stout brewed with a complex blend of specialty malts on top of a rich foundation of English Marris Otter. The beer was conditioned for 3 months before being steeped with loads of Italian coffee and cacao nibs. Then aged for 2 months to allow its decadent flavors to merry together into a fantastically smooth, high ABV stout. A beer worthy for celebration of our amazing first year as a brewery! May many more years be in our future!!

Our second attempt at perfecting one of the most beautiful beers styles in the world. The Belgian Tripel is the beer that has that quality to make people fall in love. Belgian pilsner malt, spicy Saaz hops and trappist yeast are the stars of this show. A simple but thought-out malt bill is shepherded to deliciousness by the flavorful yeast producing spicy and fruity flavors that make the heart sing like the taste of a golden lobster.
