Double New England IPA, 7.6% ABV, 40 IBUs

A double IPA worthy of being Naughty, like Neptune himself! Rich bready malt is loaded up with malted oats and wheat alongside their flaked counterparts to create a smooth body allowing the hops to fill your palette. A high dose of American Hops gives a orange citrus and earthy quality that is balanced by a mild punch of bitterness and sweetness. This IPA showcases an experimental blend of HBC-630, Idaho Gem and Galaxy hops for a combination that turned out smooth and inviting!

It might be Oktoberfest but that doesn’t mean you need to be drinking German beer! We have a Cooper’s Family classic on tap- the English mild! Think of the mild as an alternative to the Irish stout, session-able with some roasted character being replaced with caramel flavor.
