Did you know that at one point in time almost every beer was smoked? All malt used to be dried over open flames which then made the beer smoky. This smoked lager is in the style of a big and malty Oktoberfest. The pleasant smokiness is balanced nicely with the caramel malts and the yeast makes for a nice crisp beverage. Pairs very well with Traditional German food and other hearty meals!
