It’s back! Our first rerelease! Of course, it’s too early to repeat so we made a few minor tweaks… we strive for perfection.
This was the first beer we produced because we just love Munich lagers. Classic German Helles lager. Light, crisp, and malty with a delicate balance of noble hops. Cold conditioned and satisfyingly approachable!
Named after the man who build Cooper’s and the father of these men, known as the Captain. He would’ve loved this beer just like his sons do.
